Job description

In this role, you will support the Engineering Program Manager and Program Manager within Tesla's Infrastructure EPC team. You will help translate complex program demands into structured execution, coordinating across various teams to ensure ambitious infrastructure programs stay on track while maintaining high-quality documentation and communication.

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years as a Project Coordinator or Project Engineer in EPC, design-build, or infrastructure projects
  • Proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel, Power BI, and document control systems
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with ability to distill complex topics clearly
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, data center, or central plant infrastructure is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Maintain detailed schedules, risk registers, action trackers, and program documentation
  • Coordinate meetings, design reviews, workshops, and deep dives while capturing and driving follow-up actions
  • Track engineering deliverables including IFB, IFP, and IFC packages across teams
  • Prepare concise status reports, dashboards, and leadership updates on progress and risks
  • Identify dependencies, gaps, and improvement opportunities to support efficient program execution
