Reality Labs is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams in developing complex audio technologies. The role involves program management, clear communication, and influential leadership to ensure timely delivery of projects in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- B.S. in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline
- 8+ years of demonstrated experience in the technology industry as a technical program manager or engineering manager
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through the software development lifecycle
- Experience building and shipping 0-1 products from inception to delivery
- Organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
Responsibilities
- Use AI tools to drive efficiency and automation through the entire lifecycle of a program
- Develop and lead complex cross-functional program plans in a large matrix organization
- Structure new programs and projects, develop end-to-end execution plans for on-time delivery
- Collaboratively build and actualize technical roadmaps, proactively identifying dependencies and risks
- Drive difficult conversations with cross-functional partner teams for alignment and delivery
- Ongoing communication of planning, program status, issues and risks to stakeholders
- Support the creation of technical program management best practices for the team
- Design, build, and scale processes and systems that increase efficiency and effectiveness
