Job description

Netflix is seeking an Engineering Manager for the Ads Supply Engineering team to build systems that expand its advertising platform. The role involves driving success in a fast-paced environment, supporting team vision, and creating a high-performing team while focusing on ad serving and programmatic integrations.

Requirements

  • Strong experience building integrations with ad servers, SSPs and DSPs.
  • Experience with real-time bidding (RTB) protocols and auction dynamics.
  • Experience in enabling audience onboarding and targeting.
  • Strong understanding of advertising concepts such as publisher policies and frequency caps.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising, adtech/martech ecosystems, and regulatory landscape.
  • Worked closely with ad operations to enable campaign setup and measurement.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • 10+ years of total experience with 3+ years of management experience.
  • A strong product mindset with experience in delivering large complex projects.
