This role seeks a detail-oriented, tech-savvy individual with expertise in Data Engineering and Industrial Engineering methodology. The position involves optimizing production operations, resource allocation, and resolving bottlenecks using data-driven insights while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• 3+ years of prior manufacturing experience in a similar position
• Ability to work well under pressure, manage competing demands and meet tight deadlines with strong follow-through
• Strong analytical mindset with an ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights
• Skilled in managing projects and cross-functional teams with a broad range of engineering and technical disciplines
• Broad experience with Industrial Engineering and methodologies
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or similar tools; experience with data modeling, dashboard creation (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
• Experience designing and maintaining scalable data pipelines, ensuring data accuracy, and integrating systems to support real-time production analytics
• Comfort working in fast-paced environments and juggling multiple priorities

• Assess production capacities and efficiencies using design specifications and operational performance data
• Identify and address capacity constraints, material risks, manufacturing challenges, production blockers, logistical issues, and inventory levels to meet demand
• Design, build, and maintain data workflows for collecting, processing, and analyzing production metrics such as lead times, inventory, and bottlenecks
• Provide high-quality decision support using discrete event simulation, linear programming, and other operations research methods
• Generate dashboards and reports for real-time decision-making, leveraging data analytics to optimize processes and improve efficiency
• Manage projects and lead cross-functional teams across engineering and technical disciplines
• Management, space allocation and material flow optimization
• Work with counterparts in the Industrial Engineering department in developing and leveraging performance and cost models for new/sustaining production lines
