Job description

The Global Cellular Billing Analyst - IT Operations will monitor vendor invoices and manage cellular line changes to drive down costs. The role requires a strong passion for data analytics and experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in 5G/LTE & CBRS Radio Access Network
  • Excellent Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Knowledge of RF principles, cellular technologies, and RF tools
  • Experience with private wireless client applications and proof-of-concepts
  • Experience with enterprise wireless solutions, including core network troubleshooting
  • Experience with scripting to automate infrastructure deployment
  • Ability to provide and maintain current vendor billing and employee enrollment reporting
  • Strong vendor negotiation skills
  • Bilingual preferred (Spanish)

Responsibilities

  • Receive all invoices from cellular vendors globally
  • Manage unbilled usage alerts
  • Conduct Monthly Rate Plan Analysis on all vendors
  • Request / confirm rate plan changes monthly with vendors
  • Identify Zero usage lines
  • Confirm submission / payment of invoices monthly
  • Request custom use price plans based on analysis
  • Track issues via ticketing system and Device Issue Support
  • Vendor onboarding Support and inventory management
  • Follow up correspondence on all open credit / account change requests with vendors
