Job description
We are looking for an organized and analytical Executive Administrative Assistant to support the Retail Engineering leader and their global teams. This role involves multitasking and prioritizing requests while providing comprehensive administrative support, managing calendars, coordinating travel, and overseeing project and event management.
Requirements
- AA/AS degree and 4-6 years of relevant work experience.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs and resolve complex issues.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Retail Engineering leader and their global teams.
- Proactively manage complex calendars and coordinate multi-executive meetings.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and facilitate expense reporting.
- Manage diverse projects with exceptional attention to detail and timeliness.
- Oversee facilities and operations support including space planning and supply management.
- Support employees by distributing equipment and processing access requests.
- Collaborate with IS&T administrative assistants on onboarding and recruitment.
