This role involves multitasking and prioritizing requests while providing comprehensive administrative support, managing calendars, coordinating travel, and overseeing project and event management.

• AA/AS degree and 4-6 years of relevant work experience.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs and resolve complex issues.

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Retail Engineering leader and their global teams.
• Proactively manage complex calendars and coordinate multi-executive meetings.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and facilitate expense reporting.
• Manage diverse projects with exceptional attention to detail and timeliness.
• Oversee facilities and operations support including space planning and supply management.
• Support employees by distributing equipment and processing access requests.
• Collaborate with IS&T administrative assistants on onboarding and recruitment.
