Job description

Morgan Stanley is seeking an AI Product Lead to develop and scale AI solutions within its Global Capital Markets division. This role involves collaborating with various teams to enhance transaction execution, market analysis, and banker productivity through innovative AI tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in financial services, consulting, technology, or product development.
  • Experience in capital markets, investment banking, financial technology, or related markets roles strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of technology platforms and AI tools.
  • Familiarity with software development workflows and product development processes.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to manage complex projects.
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced environments with competing priorities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business audiences.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute operationally.
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

  • Help define and execute GCM’s AI strategy across capital markets workflows.
  • Partner with Strats and engineering teams to design AI solutions that automate analysis and generate insights.
  • Drive adoption of AI solutions across GCM teams.
  • Evaluate and integrate external technology platforms, vendor tools, and financial data sources where appropriate.
  • Monitor product quality and adoption metrics to ensure tools deliver meaningful value.
