Job description

This role involves working as a software engineer specializing in AI-assisted transformations across various industries. You will collaborate with diverse teams to enhance engineering practices and lead the development of scalable applications while mentoring other engineers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science or a related technical field; or equivalent work experience.
  • 10+ years of experience with full-stack development.
  • 6+ years of experience with micro-service API development (e.g., RESTful, GraphQL, gRPC).
  • 4+ years of experience in consulting.
  • 2+ years of experience leading or managing development teams.
  • 1+ years of experience with AI tools (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge in development best practices (automated testing frameworks, CI/CD).
  • Strong computer science fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
  • Deep understanding of large language models (LLMs) and transformer architectures.
  • Strong Python proficiency for AI development.

Responsibilities

  • Drive client improvements in AI-assisted or AI-led maturity across people, process, and technology.
  • Mentor and coach developers to improve productivity through adoption of AI tools.
  • Lead in designing, developing, and documenting AI applications aligned to business outcomes.
  • Develop prompt engineering strategies and optimize model inference latency and cost.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and deploy production quality code for clients.
  • Translate business requirements into technical requirements and implementation details.
  • Design integrations with third-party systems to enable use cases that power business solutions.
