Job description

As a Senior Analyst – BCG Vantage, you will provide expertise in Organization Design and Operating Models while collaborating with case teams to address complex organizational challenges. You will support commercialization efforts and contribute to developing intellectual property for the business, while also assisting in training junior colleagues.

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of consulting experience in relevant Organization Design & Operating Model role required
  • In lieu of consulting experience, 2+ years minimum CPG and or Retail industry experience required
  • Proven track record in addressing complex operational challenges and driving measurable performance improvements
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • Fluency in English required; additional language skills are a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including a hypothesis-driven approach and advanced analytical capabilities
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Work in a growing global team providing People and Organization expertise and insights
  • Serve as a thought partner and content expert to case teams and topic/sector leaders
  • Support commercialization efforts for the topic/sector
  • Contribute to developing intellectual property & assets for the business
  • Assist in onboarding and training junior colleagues based on your topic/sector expertise
