  • Advanced proficiency in a major thermal simulation tool (e.g., Flotherm, Icepak)
  • Deep understanding of heat transfer principles and advanced silicon integration technologies
  • Hands-on experience with material selection for thermal applications
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot thermal failures and optimize designs

Responsibilities

  • Lead the thermal-aware co-design of the AI chip and define the physical integration strategy
  • Build and correlate high-fidelity thermal models to predict performance under real-world conditions
  • Characterize, select, and qualify cutting-edge thermal interface materials and solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architectural trade-offs
  • Partner with manufacturing teams to resolve thermal-related yield issues

Benefits
