Job description
Netflix is seeking a strong engineering leader for its Cloud Infrastructure Security team, responsible for building cloud security capabilities within a sophisticated AWS environment. The role involves leading a team of security experts and software engineers, fostering partnerships with infrastructure stakeholders, and operationalizing security processes at scale.
Requirements
- Strong technical understanding of Cloud Security concepts and related risk management.
- Understanding of AWS infrastructure and security constructs.
- Experience leading geographically distributed software teams in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience hiring, coaching, and cultivating a talented team across seniority levels.
- Empathetic leader who cultivates a culture of psychological safety and inclusion.
- Experience actively contributing to and shaping a team's long-term technical vision.
- Strong track record of bringing structure and clarity to team operations.

- Help the team build and operationalize a strong operating rhythm to deliver core cloud security capabilities at scale.
