Job description

Netflix is seeking a leader for the Trust Services and Enforcement team within the Trust & Safety organization. This role focuses on developing scalable fraud mitigation services to protect against various security risks, including account takeover and service abuse, while fostering cross-functional partnerships.

Requirements

  • Strong background in leading technical efforts against core Netflix-related security risks, including Account Fraud, DDoS attacks, and Content Theft.
  • Proven experience managing highly cross-functional projects and influencing outcomes without direct authority.
  • Direct experience working on consumer-facing products, balancing security measures with user experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Experience in managing, mentoring, and developing a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and deployment of scalable fraud mitigation services.
  • Balance immediate attack mitigations with long-term development strategies.
  • Define and advocate for appropriate risk tolerance levels across the organization.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment on optimal security risk posture within product verticals.

Benefits

  • Employees at Netflix are often offered flexible, people-first benefits—unlimited time away, generous parental leave, global family-forming support, mental-health programs (mindfulness, free counseling/coaching), and health coverage tailored by country. Financially, Netflix pays at personal top-of-market and lets employees choose their mix of cash vs. fully-vested 10-year stock options, alongside donation and volunteer matching. Convenience perks can include trust-based travel/expense policies, relocation support, and “Work, Not Drive” rideshare flexibility.
