The Google Pixel Watch team is seeking a Product Design Engineer to design the next generation of Pixel Watch. The role involves driving design, analysis, and prototyping in a manufacturing environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative consumer products.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience designing mechanical components such as plastic or metal parts, mechanical assemblies, printed circuit boards, or flexes.
• Experience using computer-aided design (CAD) tools such as 3D MCAD, NX, Creo, or Solidworks.
• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, or related field, or equivalent practical experience (preferred).
• Experience shipping consumer products (preferred).
• Experience with manufacturing methods used in consumer products (preferred).

• Apply design, engineering, and technical expertise to influence cross-functionally and deliver reliable mass production components, and solve time-sensitive problems.
• Anticipate and address product design issues or risks, analyze data, and validate product design to suggest or implement design improvements.
• Manage the product design, provide guidance to team members, and communicate progress, and request feedback to prevent/remove roadblocks.
