Job description
Netflix is seeking a strong engineering leader for the Cloud Architecture, Tooling and Security (CATS) team, responsible for guiding a world-class team of security experts and software engineers. The role involves establishing organizational relationships and connecting business context to security needs while ensuring a robust cloud security posture.
Requirements
- Strong technical understanding of Cloud Security concepts with experience in CloudSec operations, AWS account management, and Security Architecture.
- Experience hiring, coaching, and cultivating a talented team across seniority levels.
- Empathetic leader who cultivates a culture of psychological safety and inclusion.
- Experience working cross-functionally across security and infrastructure teams.
- Ability to translate business context to security program needs and communicate effectively.
- Experience contributing to and shaping a team's long-term technical vision.
- Strong track record of bringing structure and clarity to team operations.
- Experience navigating change and leading effectively in rapidly evolving environments.
Responsibilities
