Job description

Netflix is seeking highly motivated engineers to join their Ads Platform Engineering team, focusing on building advertising systems and integrations for their new ad-supported tier. Requirements

  • 8+ years of software development experience, with 5+ years of experience in the Ads domain
  • Professional experience with ad formats and ad delivery systems, including experimentation with ad creatives and/or native ads
  • Experience with architecting and building large-scale infrastructure for real-time, low-latency, online advertising environments
  • Thorough understanding of the advertising marketplace and landscape, focusing on publisher side challenges
  • Proven track record of building systems that power sophisticated user experimentation, A/B testing and lift studies
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking with demonstrated product sense and leadership
  • Expertise in developing systems that measure and optimize end-user advertising experiences
  • Track record of collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and delivering complex features
