Job description
Netflix is seeking highly motivated engineers to join their Ads Platform Engineering team, which focuses on building and scaling advertising systems. The role involves creating reporting applications and APIs for advertisers, optimizing analytics layers, and ensuring compliance with advertising standards.
Requirements
- Build and scale advertiser-grade reporting applications for internal teams and external advertisers.
- Experience in designing and operating external-facing and internal reporting APIs.
- Expertise in owning and optimizing the Ads Druid analytics layer for OLAP workloads.
- Expertise in building reporting systems that meet MRC and audit-grade standards.
- Broad knowledge of ad tech, programmatic advertising, and digital marketing trends.
- Developed cloud-based applications and comfortable with modern programming languages.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities
