Job description

This role involves leading the definition of enterprise and technology strategies within Bain's Enterprise Technology team. You will work with clients to modernize their tech architecture, integrating AI and optimizing cloud solutions to drive digital transformations while advising senior leaders on architectural decisions.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in architecture and technology leadership
  • Deep expertise in Financial Services, specifically in the Insurance sector
  • Expertise in ACCORD insurance industry data models
  • Demonstrated track record advising senior business and technology leaders
  • Strong technical depth in cloud, data, AI, security, and APIs
  • Mastery of architecture frameworks like TOGAF
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills
  • High emotional intelligence with experience leading diverse teams

Responsibilities

  • Lead the definition of enterprise, solution, cloud, and data architectures
  • Develop strategic architecture roadmaps and frameworks
  • Translate complex technical and business requirements into actionable strategies
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives on architectural decisions
  • Guide teams in executing architecture roadmaps and embedding governance
  • Contribute to Bain’s intellectual property and points of view on architecture
  • Support business development by bringing architecture expertise into proposals
