Job description

As a Recruiting Intern based in New York, you will support the Talent Attraction team throughout the full-recruiting life cycle, engaging in various administrative tasks and projects. This role offers practical experience in candidate attraction, interview logistics, and data management, while helping to build a strong workforce.

Requirements

  • Recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Basic business knowledge
  • Excellent customer service skills with a strong orientation towards collaboration in a team environment
  • Ability to independently manage and complete tasks with minimal supervision
  • High level of maturity and professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Consistent and predictable in-person/in-office working full-time hours (9-5 PM) are essential to this role
  • Flexibility to travel and work outside standard office hours as needed

Responsibilities

  • Support various administrative tasks and projects, including data management using the Applicant Tracking System
  • Provide candidate support and coordinate recruiting events and interview logistics
  • Assist with resume screening and collaborate with TA team members and CSPs
  • Participate in relevant training sessions and contribute to select team projects
