As a Recruiting Intern based in New York, you will support the Talent Attraction team throughout the full-recruiting life cycle, engaging in various administrative tasks and projects. This role offers practical experience in candidate attraction, interview logistics, and data management, while helping to build a strong workforce.
Requirements
- Recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Basic business knowledge
- Excellent customer service skills with a strong orientation towards collaboration in a team environment
- Ability to independently manage and complete tasks with minimal supervision
- High level of maturity and professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Consistent and predictable in-person/in-office working full-time hours (9-5 PM) are essential to this role
- Flexibility to travel and work outside standard office hours as needed
Responsibilities
- Support various administrative tasks and projects, including data management using the Applicant Tracking System
- Provide candidate support and coordinate recruiting events and interview logistics
- Assist with resume screening and collaborate with TA team members and CSPs
- Participate in relevant training sessions and contribute to select team projects
