This role involves executing change strategies, collaborating with agile teams, and developing communication and training materials to drive employee adoption of digital products.

• 4-6 years of experience in change management role
• Change management certification a plus
• Experience operating in an agile operating model preferred
• Exposure to behavioral science or related disciplines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• University degree with demonstrated high academic achievement preferred

• Executing change strategies for digital products
• Conducting stakeholder assessments and developing engagement plans
• Conducting change impact assessments and creating mitigation activities
• Developing and delivering strategic user framed communication plans
• Writing, reviewing, and sending user framed communications
• Developing training and enablement approaches and content
• Tracking change management and behavioral KPIs and metrics
• Engaging with agile squads to understand roadmaps
• Managing stakeholder expectations across multiple workstreams
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to facilitate change activities
