The Boston Consulting Group is seeking a candidate for their Change Management and Communications Center of Expertise to support digital workforce experience initiatives. This role involves executing change strategies, collaborating with agile teams, and developing communication and training materials to drive employee adoption of digital products.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in change management role
- Change management certification a plus
- Experience operating in an agile operating model preferred
- Exposure to behavioral science or related disciplines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- University degree with demonstrated high academic achievement preferred
Responsibilities
- Executing change strategies for digital products
- Conducting stakeholder assessments and developing engagement plans
- Conducting change impact assessments and creating mitigation activities
- Developing and delivering strategic user framed communication plans
- Writing, reviewing, and sending user framed communications
- Developing training and enablement approaches and content
- Tracking change management and behavioral KPIs and metrics
- Engaging with agile squads to understand roadmaps
- Managing stakeholder expectations across multiple workstreams
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to facilitate change activities
