This role involves identifying new opportunities to help healthcare clients improve their performance. As an Expert Associate Partner, you will coach and lead consultants, engage in problem-solving sessions, and provide expertise to top managers in the healthcare industry.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree required, master’s degree preferred
- 10+ years of professional experience working with healthcare/payor clients and/or in the healthcare industry
- Prior experience as a consultant in a professional services firm preferred
- Entrepreneurial drive to develop new client relationships and generate business development opportunities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and create an inclusive environment
- Ability to break down and solve business problems through quantitative thinking and analysis
- Comfort with ambiguous, ever-changing situations
- Publication of knowledge or thought leadership in your industry space is a plus
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English and the local office language(s)
Responsibilities
- Identify new opportunities to help clients make lasting improvements to their performance
- Coach, lead, and advise consultants in developing solutions to business problems
- Join teams in problem-solving sessions and act as a thought partner to engagement managers
