Job description

This role focuses on supporting various functions within manufacturing, planning and logistics, purchasing, quality, and facilities management. The position involves collaborating with engineering teams to enhance manufacturing processes and improve efficiency. Additionally, it requires planning and maintaining supply chain operations while ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also includes responsibilities related to quality assurance and facilities management, making it integral to the overall operational success of the organization.

Requirements

  • Must be a full-time enrolled student pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree at an accredited U.S. college/university.
  • Minimum GPA of 2.5 or above preferred.
  • Ability to commit to a minimum of 4 to 12 months of full-time work.
  • Willingness to learn from others on the job.
  • Must be currently residing within the continental U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning, design, and implementation of manufacturing processes.
  • Work with engineering to identify and recommend solutions for product performance issues.
  • Plan and maintain daily supply chain operations in various functional areas.
  • Analyze and optimize operational processes using quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Support purchasing system strategy and train internal customers on its use.
  • Apply principles of product quality planning and control to support manufacturing operations.
  • Monitor building systems and lead project management for facilities renovation projects.
