Job description

We are seeking a talented Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Morristown, TN. This role focuses on optimizing manufacturing processes, enhancing safety culture, and leveraging digital tools to improve efficiency. The engineer will collaborate with various teams to ensure project success and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. A background in forging and machining, along with strong troubleshooting skills, is preferred.

Requirements

  • A college degree in STEM or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.
  • Basic level of relevant work experience is required.
  • Experience in a forging and machining environment is preferred.
  • CNC programming experience is preferred.
  • Experience with AutoCAD and Creo for plant layouts and design of components is preferred.

  • Document procedures clearly and implement continuous improvement methods.
  • Create ergonomic workspaces that enhance operator safety and performance.
