The Principal Technical Analyst – Customer Identity & Access Management will join a Systems/Information Technology team in Atlanta, GA. This role focuses on delivering customer-centric solutions and developing talent while ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives. The analyst will be responsible for designing and implementing complex CIAM solutions, integrating them with enterprise applications, and resolving critical issues. A strong understanding of CIAM architecture and security principles is essential for success in this position.
Requirements
- Proven experience in architecting and implementing large-scale CIAM platforms.
- Strong understanding of IAM protocols such as OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML.
- Excellent communication skills for internal and external interactions.
- Proven ability to self-manage and complete project deliverables.
- Hands-on experience with CIAM tools such as Salesforce IAM, Ping Identity, and Okta.
