Requirements
- Doctorate degree with 0 years of related work experience, Master's degree with 3 years of experience, or Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience.
- Deep conceptual and applied knowledge of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and data structures.
- Proficiency in writing, deploying, and maintaining production code in C++, Python, or Java.
- Experience working with large systems composed of different types of subsystems and interfaces.
- Ability to navigate sophisticated technical, functional, and non-functional requirements.
Responsibilities
- Drive the design, development, testing, and rollout of software solutions for KLA inspection machines.
- Develop an understanding of system operations to provide software solutions for critical customer gaps.
- Conduct trade-off studies and identify risk items while proposing mitigation plans for next-generation systems.
- Engage with geographically distributed teams and engineers to understand requirements and build effective software solutions.
- Lead and mentor other engineers throughout the product development cycle.
