The role involves leading engineering development projects for mask inspection products within KLA's RAPID division. The team focuses on ensuring high lithography yields for semiconductor manufacturing. Candidates will work with a diverse group of professionals, including engineers and marketing teams, to drive project execution. The position emphasizes innovation and collaboration in a high-tech environment.
Requirements
- Master or advanced degree in Engineering or Physical Sciences
- 6+ years of industry experience in Engineering and/or Project Management of multidisciplinary products
- Strong leadership, critical thinking, communication, and analytical skills
- Curiosity and a disposition towards fast learning beyond immediate knowledge span
- Experience in Capital Equipment sectors such as Semiconductors, Medical Equipment, or Robotics is a plus
- Experience with Project Management tools like MS Project, Wrike, or Jira
- PMP or Agile certification is a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead engineering development projects for mask inspection products in the RAPID division of KLA
- Assess and evaluate risks while driving projects forward with a focus on critical path
- Communicate cross-functionally with a diverse team including engineering, marketing, manufacturing, and service to drive execution
- Encourage and empower team members to achieve excellence in engineering rigor, reliability, usability, and customer focus
- Articulate and present execution plans for internal leadership and external customers
- Identify bottlenecks and remove obstacles for the team to focus on value-add activities
- Hold regular meetings between functional groups to ensure interdependencies are well understood and documented
- Support roadmap development by detailing upcoming requirement changes and resources required
