Eero is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to represent its solutions and integration processes to B2B customers. This role requires a deep understanding of wifi and networking technology, along with the ability to build trust with stakeholders and influence decision-making. The architect will collaborate with the Business Development team to identify opportunities, provide designs and proposals, and manage proof of concept initiatives. Additionally, the role involves working closely with Product and Engineering teams to align customer needs with product development.

• 8+ years of experience in technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data & analytics.
• Experience in designing, deploying, and troubleshooting wired and wireless networks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• 8+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect or Sales Engineer in the networking field.
• Proficiency with wireless packet capture tools like Wireshark, omnipeek, and Ekahau.
• Experience with pre and post deployment site survey tools like Ekahau.
• Experience with automation or scripting languages such as Python, Java, Perl, PHP, Ruby, Bash, or Shell.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Dive deep into eero solutions and their differentiators with customers and partners.
• Run Proof Of Concept to demonstrate all functionalities of the eero solution.
• Help design and deploy wifi networks for eero partners and customers.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to build the roadmap and develop new products.
• Write white papers and technical notes highlighting eero’s best features and technologies.
• Build API scripts to assist customers in automating their deployment and monitoring of eero devices.
