• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• 4+ years of commissioning experience
• Experience in industrial or commercial engineering in mission critical facilities
• Professional Engineer License
• Experience with building codes and regulations for your region
• Experience in design of low voltage power distribution products or operational support for data centers

• Work with internal partner teams to define design requirements for product improvements
• Support new product design, qualification, and launch focused on low voltage power distribution
• Be the global escalation point for issues in the product fleet across data centers
• Collaborate with global suppliers to optimize cost and supply chain resilience
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards and building codes through appropriate testing
• Validate design through first-of-kind deployments and prepare teams for at-scale operations
• Support manufacturing activities for new products across multiple geographical locations
• Lead within the product development team and collaborate with external engineering firms
