• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in Electrical or Mechanical Product Design for Power Distribution Equipment
• Experience in data center design, construction, operations, or facility maintenance
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations for your region
• Experience reading, interpreting, and creating construction drawings, specifications, and submittal documents

• Support the Data Center Design Engineering and Hardware Engineering teams to develop innovative power distribution products.
• Lead new product design and development while collaborating with internal teams to gather design requirements.
• Create designs that meet quality requirements and deliver a return on investment.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and municipal requirements and building codes across different countries.
• Prepare, review, and approve product design and drawings including electrical bill of materials and layouts.
• Work with field engineering and commissioning teams to validate installation and performance of electrical products.
