As a Sr. Machine Learning Compiler Engineer III on the AWS Neuron team, you will lead the development and scaling of a compiler designed for large ML workloads. The team focuses on optimizing the performance of neural net models on custom-built AWS hardware. You will work closely with AWS ML services teams and be involved in pre-silicon design and product launches. A background in Machine Learning and AI accelerators is preferred but not mandatory.
Requirements
- 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 5+ years of programming experience with at least one software programming language
- 5+ years of experience leading design or architecture of new and existing systems
- 5+ years of experience in the full software development life cycle
- Experience as a mentor or tech lead in an engineering team
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement business-critical features for the compiler
- Publish cutting-edge research in the field of machine learning
- Mentor a team of experienced engineers
- Collaborate with AWS ML services teams on various projects
