This role involves designing the next generation of fulfillment centers and logistics systems globally. The engineer will collaborate with internal and external teams to create high-quality, cost-effective solutions. They will manage multiple projects from concept through design approval and serve as the primary technical contact for suppliers. The position requires working in a fast-paced environment on high-impact projects that include automated fulfillment centers and transportation systems.

• 5+ years of design and innovation, research and development work experience
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a foreign equivalent
• Experience in management of engineering design projects
• Experience using business or technical software like MS Excel, MS Project, and CAD software
• Master's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field
• Knowledge of system architecture, optimization, and system analysis
• Experience with complex automated material handling equipment and packaging technologies
• Experience with design-in-safety

• Collaborate with internal and external teams to design high-quality solutions for fulfillment and distribution systems.
• Own multiple projects simultaneously from concept realization through design approval.
• Serve as the primary point of technical contact for suppliers on projects.
• Support the Ops Engineering team during the installation and commissioning of designed systems.
• Work on a variety of projects including green-fields, brown-fields, and retrofits.
