• Configure and customize the Kinaxis platform to meet the specific requirements of Amazon Robotics' supply chain and operations.
• Develop and implement complex Kinaxis workflows, business rules, and integrations to automate and optimize supply chain processes.
• Collaborate with the Kinaxis development team to extend the platform's capabilities through custom applications and extensions.
• Participate in cross-functional project teams to ensure successful Kinaxis implementations and upgrades.
• Monitor Kinaxis platform performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimization strategies.
• Proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Kinaxis functionality, integrations, and data processing.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their reporting and analytics requirements.
• Provide training and support to end-users on the Kinaxis platform.
