Job description

This role is part of the AWS Marketplace team, focusing on designing and building new products that empower agents with essential data and knowledge foundations. The team consists of Software Engineers, Data Engineers, Scientists, and BI Engineers working collaboratively to innovate analytics and AI-powered systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and a passion for delivering high-quality technology products in a fast-paced environment. This position offers opportunities to influence product features and system architecture significantly.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
  • 5+ years of programming experience with at least one software programming language
  • 5+ years of experience leading design or architecture of new and existing systems
  • Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team
  • 5+ years of experience in the full software development life cycle, including coding standards and operations
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and own new products for AWS Marketplace
  • Own significant portions of the product and influence strategy
  • Work on complex system software across various levels from front end to platform services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technology products
