As an IT Support Engineer I at Amazon, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality support for computer hardware, operating systems, and enterprise application software. • High school or equivalent diploma
• 2+ years of professional experience in a relevant field
• 2+ years of troubleshooting experience in a multi-user high availability environment
• 2+ years of networking experience including DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP
• 2+ years of PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment, and liquidation experience
• 1+ years of IT client, server, and network service delivery experience
• Valid Drivers License
• Fluency in Cisco/networking and either Linux and/or Microsoft

• Perform network engineering and troubleshooting, data cabling, and systems administration in various software and hardware environments.
• Ensure infrastructure networking and computing systems remain available during production hours.
• Interact with management and staff to provide analytical and technical assistance for continuous improvement of IT solutions.
• Manage local technical projects effectively.
• Maintain or create policies, procedures, and processes.
• Identify root causes of operational issues and process inefficiencies.
• Support customers from multiple buildings in the area as well as remote customers.
• Travel within your local or regional area to support customers.
