The FaST CS-Tech team focuses on enhancing customer service support and automation for online fashion retailers, Shopbop and Zappos. As part of Amazon, the team utilizes advanced technology to improve customer experiences throughout their journey. The role involves building critical services and AI workflows that directly impact customers and customer service agents. Requirements
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience of new and existing systems
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
- 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience
Responsibilities
- Build, provision, and test a variety of APIs and services with a focus on server-side work
- Use AI tools to augment work and build AI agents for customer service scenarios
- Scope projects, complete design, and build systems for launch
- Provide feedback on code reviews and assist teammates in unblocking their tasks
- Participate in meetings to discuss initiatives and process improvements
