• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience of new and existing systems.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Experience guiding and coaching other developers.
• 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience.
• Experience with Cloud platforms, database systems, and AI tools for development productivity.
• Prior experience in defining and creating benchmarks for assessing GenAI model performance.
