This role involves designing the next generation of fulfillment centers and logistics systems globally. The engineer will collaborate with internal and external teams to create high-quality, cost-effective solutions. They will manage multiple projects from concept to design approval and serve as the primary technical contact for suppliers. The position requires working in a fast-paced environment on high-impact projects that include automated fulfillment centers and transportation systems.

• Experience in management of engineering design projects
• Experience in engineering and estimating material handling and storage systems
• Experience running SQL queries and data mining
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in Design/Innovation, research & development, manufacturing, process, industrial engineering, or related work
• Master's degree in Engineering (any domain) or foreign equivalent, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field
• Knowledge of system architecture, optimization, system dynamics, system analysis, statistical analysis, reliability analysis, and decision making
• Experience with complex automated material handling equipment, packaging technologies, and high-speed manufacturing
• Experience with design-in-safety
• Experience with process design based on Lean Principles

• Collaborate with internal and external teams to design high-quality solutions for fulfillment and distribution systems.
• Own multiple projects simultaneously from concept realization through design approval.
• Act as the primary point of technical contact for suppliers on projects.
• Support the Ops Engineering team during the installation and commissioning of designed systems.
• Work on a variety of projects including green-fields, brown-fields, and retrofits.
