• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience of new and existing systems
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language
• 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations

• Implement and maintain systems that enable an innovative package delivery experience
• Collaborate with team members to investigate approaches and prototype new technology
• Evaluate technical feasibility of new solutions
• Ensure high quality of deliverables from concept to launch
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality results
