This role is part of an Amazon Special Projects team focused on innovating new products and services that positively impact customers' lives. Candidates will work with cutting-edge technologies in Generative AI to develop and maintain key platforms for large language models. This position emphasizes collaboration with applied scientists and other team members to explore design approaches and optimize machine learning models.
Requirements
- 2+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience of new and existing systems
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language
- 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards and code reviews
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Quickly learn state of the art technologies and algorithms in the field of Generative AI
- Develop and maintain key platforms for developing, evaluating, and deploying large language models
- Investigate design approaches and prototype new technology with team members
- Work closely with applied scientists to process massive data and scale machine learning models while optimizing
