• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
• 3+ years of experience in mission critical facilities including industrial electrical and mechanical systems

• Experience in data center engineering or operations
• Experience leading technical teams through daily operations and maintenance

• Manage and lead the DCEO Engineering Team
• Establish performance benchmarks and conduct analysis on facility operations and maintenance
• Oversee the management of shift technicians, sub-contractors, and vendors
• Manage routine and emergency services on critical systems such as switchgear and generators
• Plan and report on data center capacity
• Assist in the design and build-out of new facilities
• Coordinate projects with IT managers and optimize plant safety and performance
• Deliver quality service to meet customer demands
• Manage asset and inventory effectively
• Respond to out-of-hours emergency calls as a second-level escalation point
