The Infrastructure Security Compliance organization at AWS is seeking a Software Engineer to enhance security and risk management for AWS Infrastructure. This role involves collaborating with a diverse team to ensure compliance with various standards while maintaining high security. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a security mindset, capable of delivering results in a fast-paced environment. This position offers the opportunity to tackle challenging problems and contribute to the security of Amazon's global infrastructure.
Requirements
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience of new and existing systems
- 1+ years of designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded or distributed software applications
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language
- 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience
Responsibilities
- Aid in the development, assessment, and analysis of security outcomes for AWS Infrastructure.
- Lead in the development of monitoring and reporting capabilities for continued security compliance.
