This role focuses on ensuring that robotic systems are thoroughly tested and validated before large-scale deployment. The successful candidate will bridge the gap between product design and field implementation, utilizing rigorous methodologies to optimize performance in real-world scenarios. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to establish technical vision and drive strategic initiatives.

• Master's degree in science, engineering, or a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in system development engineering, process engineering, or hardware design and validation roles.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and experiment design skills.
• Proficiency with discrete event simulation tools and modeling techniques for system performance analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret test data and identify failure patterns.
• Experience with complex automated material handling equipment and packaging technologies.
• 7+ years of experience in system development engineering or NPI engineering roles.
• Experience using technologies such as AutoCAD, Rhino, Revit, SolidWorks, or similar.

• Create systematic approaches and best practices for tackling complex problems across product development initiatives.
• Design and lead in-depth experiments to verify and validate design hypotheses.
• Drive fast-paced development cycles through rapid prototyping and iterative testing.
• Conduct statistical data analysis to extract insights and inform decision-making.
• Design and build lab infrastructure including hardware mockups and test fixtures.
• Partner with cross-functional leadership teams to establish technical vision and define experimental roadmaps.
