• 1+ years of automation scripting experience using Python, Bash, Shell, and/or Perl.
• 4+ years of experience in a network-focused hands-on technical role working with IP routing protocols and technologies.
• 4+ years of experience developing engineering, deployment, or operations mechanisms to support IP networks.
• 4+ years of experience in a technical on-call capacity, responding to customer impacting events.
• Thorough understanding of TCP/IP networking, IP routing, and network security architecture.
• Experience with routers, server load balancers, and firewall vendor platforms such as Cisco, Juniper, and Palo Alto.
• In-depth knowledge of networking and systems technologies.
• Knowledge of network hardware and packet forwarding architectures.
• Possess scripting skills or a desire to learn them, specifically in Python, Perl, or Shell.

• Create and implement changes on the network.

• Lead network projects in areas such as deployment, optimization, and sustaining engineering.
