Job description

In this role, you will lead a technical team responsible for developing profiling and optimization tools for Neuron ML accelerators. You will collaborate closely with hardware and software teams to ensure effective performance profiling of large ML workloads. Requirements

  • 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
  • 5+ years of programming experience with at least one software programming language
  • 5+ years of experience leading design or architecture of new and existing systems
  • 5+ years of experience in the full software development life cycle
  • Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership to the Neuron Core Tools team
  • Work closely with the frameworks and compiler teams
  • Collect requirements from various teams including training, inference, and runtime
  • Collaborate with the compiler performance team to ensure timely release of core performance tools
  • Anticipate future needs based on the product roadmap and develop necessary tools
