Amazon is seeking a Senior Operations Engineer to support the Process Engineering team, focusing on the next generation of AMZL delivery stations. This role involves managing a product roadmap and driving end-to-end product delivery from inception to execution. The individual will work closely with various teams, including Engineering, Tech, and Operations, to innovate and enhance product features. This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to influence senior leaders across multiple organizations.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, mechanical, operations, supply chain, business administration, or equivalent STEM field.
• 6+ years of experience as an industrial engineer, operations engineer, manufacturing engineer, or project engineer in a manufacturing environment.
• 5+ years of manufacturing equipment development experience.
• Experience in program or project management including the delivery of cross-functional projects.
• Experience using one or more CAD technologies such as AutoCAD, Rhino, Revit, SolidWorks, CREO, BIM360, SketchUp, or KeyShot.
• Experience within a distribution center, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Six Sigma and lean manufacturing.
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience designing complex systems for automation in logistics or manufacturing.

• Initiate, define, plan, and manage the rollout of product features and enhancements for the next generation of AMZL Delivery Stations.
• Work closely with partner teams in Engineering, Tech, and Operations to build impactful products.
• Identify new programs to onboard and integrate.
• Lead execution of the product with a high level of discipline and engagement with the product development teams.
• Present concepts, designs, program updates, and roadmap to senior leadership on a frequent basis.
• Hold partner teams accountable for the delivery of the project roadmap.
• Drive a culture of innovation across the AMZL Strategic Planning and Process Engineering Org.
