• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 5+ years of programming experience with at least one software programming language
• 5+ years of experience leading design or architecture of new and existing systems
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team
• 5+ years of experience in the full software development life cycle
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

• Solve challenging technical problems in a fast-paced environment
• Develop solutions that are high impact and rolled out to a large customer base
• Participate in on-call responsibilities to ensure system reliability
• Mentor junior team members and participate in code reviews
