• 3+ years of data engineering experience
• 1+ years of experience developing and operating large-scale data structures for business intelligence analytics using ETL/ELT processes
• 1+ years of experience with OLAP technologies
• 1+ years of experience with data modeling
• 1+ years of experience using SQL
• 1+ years of experience with Oracle
• Experience with AWS technologies like Redshift, S3, AWS Glue, EMR, Kinesis, FireHose, Lambda, and IAM roles and permissions
• Experience with non-relational databases or data stores

• Design and own logical and physical data models for major datasets in the team's architecture.
• Build and optimize ETL pipelines for complex datasets using AWS services and Python-based orchestration.
• Design and build configuration-driven data frameworks that replace repetitive custom code with reusable patterns.
• Build AI agent tooling and interfaces for conversational agents to manage data operations through natural language.
• Own ongoing data quality for datasets built, implementing standardized data contracts and automating quality processes.
• Collaborate with planning scientists, software engineers, BI engineers, and product managers to balance requirements.
• Improve self-service access to data by building analytical data models and tooling.
• Automate manual operations and establish monitoring and alerting standards.
• Mentor engineers and interns, training new team members on data solutions.
• Participate in the interview process and help recruit for the team.
