• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of design or architecture experience of new and existing systems
• 1+ years of software development engineer or related occupational experience
• 1+ years of designing and developing large-scale software applications using C#, C++, Java, or Perl
• 1+ years of Object Oriented Design experience
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language
• 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience
• Knowledge of AWS services including compute, storage, networking, security, databases, machine learning, and serverless technologies

• Design, develop, and deliver high-quality, scalable software features for millions of active AWS accounts worldwide
• Own the full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to operational support
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members to translate customer needs into technical solutions
• Contribute to architectural decisions and drive best practices in code quality and security
• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure the reliability of production services
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions
• Engage directly with customers and stakeholders to understand pain points and validate solutions
