• 7+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 7+ years of programming experience with at least one software programming language
• 5+ years of experience leading design or architecture of new and existing systems
• Experience as a mentor or tech lead for an engineering team
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• 7+ years of experience in the full software development life cycle, including coding standards and operations experience
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL internals
