This role focuses on the storage component of the Aurora DSQL Data Plane, aiming to deliver innovative customer experiences through automated operations and global scale. The team values collaboration and mentorship, providing an environment that supports knowledge-sharing and career growth. Responsibilities

  • Build high-quality, highly available, always-on products.
  • Research implementations that deliver the best possible experiences for customers.
  • Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and communicate with stakeholders.

Benefits

Financial wellness typically includes a 401(k) with company match (up to 2%), Restricted Stock Units (equity), FSAs, an emergency savings program, product and partner discounts, and even college-savings and home-purchase programs. Overall, the package is designed to support employees and their families’ health, finances, and day-to-day life.
