The role involves working with the Joining Amazon Technology team to develop innovative cloud-based solutions for onboarding millions of new Amazon employees globally. The team focuses on enhancing the employee experience by streamlining hiring processes and ensuring successful onboarding. The position requires collaboration with various technical and design teams to meet customer needs and improve software quality. • 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience of new and existing systems
• 1+ years of software development engineer or related occupational experience
• 1+ years of designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded or distributed software applications using C#, C++, Java, or Perl
• 1+ years of Object Oriented Design experience
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language
• 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience

• Design and build business critical, highly available, large scale software solutions
• Participate in and lead software architecture and design reviews
• Collaborate across technical teams, UX design teams, product and program teams, customers, and stakeholders
• Identify the right technologies to delight customers by working backwards from customer needs
• Propose and drive team process improvements and operational improvements
• Coach and mentor engineers on the team to foster a supportive culture of collaboration
